These are just some of our lovely success stories. Local and International, the Rotary Club of Eltham supports projects big and small.
Eltham Rotarian, Rob Kilcullen bravely put his locks up for auction to raise funds for the Eltham High School breakfast club.
His wife, however, had other plans. So an effort was made to 'save the locks' and a fabulous $2,000 was raised.
The Eltham High School breakfast club provides students who are, for a multitude of reasons, unable to access a healthy breakfast, a nutritional breakfast to ensure they are sustained throughout the day. This wonderful iniative tackles a variety of issues which could affect and result from a student's in-ability to access a healthy breakfast, including obesity, food relationed issues, financial, family and emotional issues
Congratulations to Kevin Hadingham who was recognised by the Rotary Club of Aizawl, India for his contribution and dedication to the Serkhan village project in 2006-07. Kevin was awarded a ‘Community Service Recognition' by the India club.
Lalzuimawii, a petite public health engineer from Mizoram, India was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Eltham for a one month visit to Melbourne in November 2005.

The Mansfield Drought Breaking Festival brough Rotary Clubs together to work for a common and local cause. The Mansfield community had been devastated by recent fires and drought, so a festival was pulled together to raise funds and moral within the community.
