1. Ian Toohill: Wheelchair Marathon raised $1,700 on the day and total expected to exceed the target of $5,000
2. Brett Linsell: Update on Interact and Rotaract meetings
3. David McFarlane: Max Lee has resigned as Chair of Aquabox committee and Dale Atkins will take up this position for 2016/17
4. Lou Bolzonello: Will be Treasurer 2016/17. Discussion of club subscription level – should remain at $363 including GST
5. Graham Miles: Donation to the Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal - $500 from the BBQ, $1,000 in total
6. Ann Lynch: Reminder re Clubrunner process to accept or decline attendance at events
7. Kevin Hadingham: Changeover on 30 June to have a ‘New Year’ theme
8. John O’Callaghan: Thanks to those buying wine – some are generously paying the former price
9. Jill Ramsay: Attended a function at Hurstbridge with Michael Moloney and accepted on behalf of RC Eltham a generous $4,000 Festival sponsorship from the Bendigo Bank

Speakers: Chris Wilson & Louise K presented the work of the Reach Foundation – the mission of which is “To encourage young people, no matter what their circumstances, to believe they can achieve”. Reach was established in 1994 by the late Jim Stynes OAM, and Australian film director Paul Currie. An inspiring presentation from our speakers and a donation from RC Eltham to support this vital work.
