Aquabox

1. Identify and set up two additional pre-positioning sites in the Asia Pacific region

4. Expand the Aquabox supporter base by establishing two additional Aquabox ‘Ambassadors’ in other states.
Youth Services

2. Work with Eltham High School to fund two students to attend YLead and 2 students to attend Lord/Lady Somers Camps
3. Develop a relationship with Nillumbik and Banyule Council Youth Services with a view to identifying a project to address youth homelessness in the area.
PR

1. Redevelop the Club website so that it can be updated regularly
2. Implement the PR strategy identified in each Event Management plan
3. Improve events calendar so it is easy to maintain and accessible to all.
Membership

3. Develop a procedure to ensure members with personal issues are appropriately supported and to facilitate board awareness of member concerns and well being.
Community

1. Continue to support local community groups with complementary social visions. This could include groups like St Kilda Mums supplying valuable assistance to local new mothers in need.
2 Expand the working relationship with Eltham/Montmorency RSL to develop a project to raise funds for Australian Rotary Health/RSL Post Traumatic Stress Disorder research.
3. Ensure the weekly barbeque at Eltham Lower Park continues to raise and distribute funds to support local community groups, including allowing these groups to participate in the running of the barbeque.

1. Research and identify an appropriate international project for the Club to contribute to over the next two years
2. Identify opportunities for Rotary local and international grants

Festival

1. Plan and deliver the 2017 annual Rotary Eltham Festival in accordance with funding and program guidelines
2. Implement budget controls and improve fundraising opportunities to maximise festival returns without compromising the integrity of the festival
3. Extend community connections and partnerships to bring new and improved activities to the festival

1. Develop and implement a varied, topical and engaging program of speakers for the year
2. Identify at least 2 opportunities for major fundraising events ( eg Footy night/Christmas function/birthday celebration/dinner dance/film night) and lead planning of the event
3. Ensure that Club nights include opportunities for fun and interaction amongst members
